Goku wants to get into NASB, so he tries to get Powdered Toast Man to vouch him in by fighting him

Both are High 5-A, Frieza Saga Goku is used, Kaioken is restricted

Fight takes place outside the white house, 50 meters apart

Speed is equalized

Goku has a RIDICULOUS AP advantage here, but Powdered Toast Man has some hax on his side and also regen that should be able to nullify the AP stomp. Not sure who to vote for at the moment though.
 
Goku destroys in one attack, and pulverizes, though this fight is a little strange, the OP makes it seem like it's a win by incapacitation but Regen makes that impossible unless that toast man can get knocked out or incapacitated.

it is not a win by incap, he can win by any method

Actually punches might not even work on PTM, he has elemental intangibility so he'd have to use an energy attack to effect him.

PTM also has decent hax on his side like speed amps and corrosion inducement so it shouldn't be a stomp, probably just very decisive lol
