Composite Godzilla would be massively stronger than SRW in base alone just through all the things he's done that have proven to raise his base power. Then he gets all his amps, forms, etc and he'd stomp 682 really badly.

I don't see how since 682 loses types 8 and 9 since his true form is what he relied on for it, Godzilla has regeneration negation and can hurt incorporeal beings. Again they basically have the exact same skillset give or take a few minor things and Godzilla outscales.

682's even said himself that Leviathans will kill each other when they are weaker and Godzilla has the means to finish him off with a strong enough attack.
