Both are in their 9-B keys (Queen Vs. Glados with explosives) and any equipment of a higher tier is restricted. Speed is equalized, SBA.

I think Queen probably takes this. While Glados is extremely smart, doesn’t have a soul, and has counters to Queens attacks on her own, she’s going to be overwhelmed by Queen’s FAR superior AP, danmaku, body puppetry, abilities such as technology and data manipulation to possibly do more damage to Glados, strong acid, acid shield, etc. While you could argue that Glados could counter with her shields, portals, matter, and physics manipulation, she’s never faced someone like Queen who spams projectiles and goes for puppetry for her first move.

Not seeing how Queen doesn't stomp here. GLaDOS can't harm her and she one-shots. Giving GLaDOS her lasers makes it a stomp in the other direction because of how speed equalization works, see Versus Thread Rules for why GLaDOS's Massively FTL+ reactions and SoL lasers apsolutely destroy Queen here.
