Give those classic bosses some love: M.Bison VS Rugal Bernstein

It's been a long time since i wanted to do this. It's a vs thread without at lot of haxes, but i'm still curious: Which franchise have the strongest big bad?


-This is SFV Bison and Omega Rugal.

-Speed isn't equalized. (Bison scales from a mach 313 feat from SF Alpha, but this version is faster. Rugal should scale to a mach 874 feat, making him at least two time faster).

-Win by death or incap.

-Both are in character.

-Location is an empty football stadium in the middle of a city. 100m of distance.

I think if we're talking Omega Rugal, he wins. Bison with the Black Moons can potentially build up his Psycho Power to practically unlimited levels, but considering how we have to classify him as City level by his given feats in Black Moons mode, and the fact that Bison building up to Mountain class strikes probably doesn't happen all at once when the Moons are activated...

Rugal probably kills the body Bison's in before Bison gets to the same strength as Omega Rugal's Orochi-enhanced physical prowess, and before the Orochi power kills Rugal himself from overuse. If we're talking peak Moons Bison where he has all the prep time he needs to get to maximum strength, I'd put it 50/50 as to whether Omega Rugal can finish the job before Bison kills him right back or Rugal burns himself out.
