galeem has so many master hands that the smash cast that each character had to fight 10 each.it has 74 characters in smash all times 10 = 7400 master hands and each one scales to the original 1 .who created a universe.so at minimal galeem is multiversal+

Not how we do things. You can't move from tier to tier via multipliers starting from 3-A onwards.

One, you can't get to Multiversal by scaling above multiple Universal characters, that's not how the Tier works, you have to have feats of creating Multiverses to get that Tier, nothing else will get you there. Two, what does this have to do with Omnipresence?

Well, technically, you can. 2-C and 2-B, But even if this was 2-C this would not reach 2-A ever
I don't think it's allowed even there, considering the fact that just crossing the distance wouldn't automatically mean that other universes are equidistant from each other.

No matter how many low 2-Cs or 2-Cs you scale above or create it will not get you into 2-B, at least not from what I've seen in past attempted upgrades.

And? That doesn't mean anything in Tier 2. At best you can argue that he might be above baseline Low 2-C but that's about it. Even that is very much in doubt.

Multipliers, such as the ones in your post aren't allowed to be used to make characters move tiers in Tier 2. So he'd at best be above baseline Low 2-C but no more.
