You specified 7-B, which makes me assume he starts out with Love Train activated, in which case Funny takes this rather handily. Love Train makes Funny completly untouchable for someone like Sans, so it's just a matter of how long it takes for Funny to tire out and tag Sans with a barrage of punches, gunshot, or paradoxing, if he feels like ending it in style.

7-B means attacks will miss for sans and valentine will tend to paradox first so he likely kills sans first
