Changing my vote to Isaac. He basically incaps Frisk as Isaac can always just transmute Frisk no matter how many times they load.

@Sean Isaac has an item that let's him survive a hit without taking damage. As well as passive resurrection.

@James And this is still assuming Isaac won't use Flush which requires no aim.

The trouble is that this is comparing the best of the best of something that a character could possibly have, which is barely even feasible ingame, vs someone at the very start of their journey.
