So, I think there's some evidence that should proof GF is not 10-B and should scale/upscale from BF.
For Attack Potency/Strength, it's stated by Phantom that Girlfriend and Boyfriend didn't need Pico's help and the game shows us that it's because Girlfriend could've dealt with the Tankmen, which were presented as a threat for BF.
For durability, it's implied that Girlfriend (maybe because she is a demon) is more durable than Boyfriend, since she would survive something that Boyfriend wouldn't.
As for Pico, first of all, he didn't break the helmet of a Tankman, he straight shoved his gun through his skull (but you gotta watch it frame by frame or in slow-mo, because it's easy to miss). And it should be mentioned that his weapon can blow up his own head when fighting himself.
