and without gadgets. It just depends which batman then. Cause ones like Post crisis are just so much more skilled. CTM kicks major rear defiantly. But Batmans skill in the comics is undeniably high tier. He had gone agaisnt people way stronger than him with sheer skill and intelligence alone.

Freddy definitely wins if he manages to get range between himself and CTM. If he stays within melee range, while CTM massively outskills, I don't know whether or not he'll survive Shock Strike and Shield

He would survive shots from it. Freddy isn't so much stronger than he couldn't. And not sure how much it helps, but full arsenal does mean Thin Man gets his motorcycle
