Batman. Better fighting skills

I believe Batman wins this. He too possesses a high intellect, has Superior fighting skills, and his gadgets gives him a range advantage.

The monster is much more fast, can resist the cold temperatures of the Artic, stronger (he can rip off body parts with ease). Batman may have the gadget advantage and fighting skill experience as well, but I think that can only do so much in their first encounter. The monster managed to endure being shot in the shoulder with, presumably, a rifle. Even though he was in pain, he didn't even drop and it only took him a few weeks to heal. Batman might find a way to beat the monster with prep, but I believe that Batman would have to survive the first.
