Two things about that, though. One, you never specified in your description that Karmic Retribution is not allowed. Two, even if it was restricted, there is no possible way for Foxy to keep up with Sans to land a hit. Sans can just keep his distance and blast Foxy away with his Gaster Blasters or bash him with his bones, not to mention the SOUL manipulation he has, which allows him to send Foxy flying everywhere.

This is a stomp, no question about it. Foxy doesn't stand a chance against Sans, period.

No drop frames either each hit takes 2 damage 2 hits for gaster blaster

Two things. One, game stats aren't applied here for the most part. Two, it still doesn't matter. Sans can send a barrage of bones and Gaster Blasters at Foxy, and he is way too fast for Foxy to even come close to catching. (Hypersonic vs. Supernatural)

I cannot, in any way, shape or form, see Foxy winning this. The differences between the two of them are just too great.

Only the one who made this can close it (Sans2345) but it seem like he doesn't want to do it,so all we can do is stop comment on this thread.
