Dracula starts with Cqc, then begins using his haxes.

Isaac is a ranged fighter, and since stats are equal, Dracula would have a hard time getting into CQC without his teleportation. CQC would also probably not be the best idea either for Drac, since getting good hits would activate Black hearts, which would deal tons of damage back to him. Soul hearts are also useful to just absorb damage for Isaac. Isaac's Type 2 and 8 will be pretty hard for Dracula to counter, since it would require alot more damage than a normal Type 2 couldn't survive.

Pretty ******' fast. for everything that was actually capable of damaging him in the series, he regenerated from it in within moments.
