First off in the first game if the player does not press the light in time while bonnie or chica is there the light will not come on which would give bonnie and chica tech manipulation And foxy moves if the cameras remain off for long peroids of time which would be likely tech manipulation

Also the illusion of fnaf 1 of seeing bonnies face and seeing "IT'S ME" though its unknown if bonnie, chica, foxy, freddy, or golden freddy is causing this

Also the illusion of seeing bonnies face and its me is unknown which animatronic is causing this

The light not coming on could be due to it being faulty or the game adding to the dramaticism before the jump scare.

Foxy moving if the cameras aren't on him is because he doesn't like being watched, which is why he stays behind the curtain. That's just him moving in response to the cameras not being on him, not Tech Manipulation.

But what about the visual hallucinations the animatronics could be causing those

I have no comment on that.
