Well Kai will likely take all his physical blasts like its nothing, which would put Red at a disavantage since Kai will likely reply with a Fire blast or by simply fighting back physically. How skilled is Red?

Hes been training to be a ryusoulger since he was a child (which given other child characters from his tribe would be at 50+ years). Hes comparable in skill to Gaisoul, who can fight other skilled sentai members like Akaninger.

For Gaisoulg, Hes able to fight against 5 other skilled past sentai members and win. Hes able to beat ToQ5gou, who defeated Deka Master. He also considered AkaNinger strong enough to previously possess him. All of the Ryusoulgers can easily defeat groups of the foot soliders of the season with ease

Oh damn they are pretty good. Kai was able to keep up on a 2 v 1 for a bit against Acronix and Krux, but I don't think that's enough, so it would push Kai to start using his powers

Extreme Heat Temperatures (Can walk through the Fire Temple, which is located inside a volcano reaching up to 1000°C)

Fire Manipulation (MeraMeraSoul controls fire that reduces opponents to ash. Comparable to DimeVolcano, whose flames can exceed 2000 degrees)

it works by damaging him from the inside (its on his profile too). Also remember, his main thing is fusing two powers together, so he could go invisible and dura neg him

Can't Kai just spawn in Spinjitzu to defend himself?

Also, seeing the starting distance being 10 m away, I can see Kai starting with a huge Fire barrage, or Kai closing distance while spawning a ranged attack, which he should be able to do mid air as well. Spinjitzu is also shown to work against energy projectile

Forcefield Creation: Spinjitzu allows the user to protect himself from blasts, as seen when Lloyd fought the Ice Emperor.
