Sounds like it should have ridiculous mind hax and has some form of cellular manipulation. It will probably be at least stronger than the Hellbat suit physically as well. Also, seems Justice League #24 should have Batman be bumped up in intelligence. The World Forger specifically notes him as one of the most intelligent beings in the entire multiverse.
Overall, Batman should be getting some ridiculous buffs in the next few issues.

According with Batman (last issue) himself the suit he build is unmatched, no one in JL can defeat him. Obviously he didn't use his special abilities, brainwashing the minds of JL, cause he wasn't tried to fight them.

He was referring to all JL members, when Hawkgirl tried to fight him, Bruce basically said was useless, because that suit is made to defeat any JL member. Even Wonder Woman wasn't able to defeat him..

Yeah, it could probably stomp Superman if it's designed to be Anti-JL. The question is how it would fair in terms of raw AP and how powerful its hax actually is. World Forger seemed incredibly confident that Batman could brainwash the entire Justice League, which would include the Martian Manhunter, so Batman's mind hax is likely very strong.
We could clearly see the suit clash with Wonder Woman evenly and it could tag the Flash (although tagging Flashes is always a possible outlier). So it's clearly 4-B at the absolute minimum.
