Fate Series 3-A Upgrade

I went ahead and rewatched all the Fate series and paid attention to every little detail and stumbled upon something that will upgrade every Fate character to 3-A. In the prologue episode of Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works, the anime explicitly states that the characters are 3-A as you can see from the tag that was being focused on. I linked the picture for reference. This is author's intent. Disagreeing with this is blatant downplay.

I once saw one that was 1-C or 1-B before, but that's a high ball and I think its an outlier given that they are all 3-A at the start. The jump to 1-C+ is most definitly an outlier.
