Well Yuya would be Upgraded to 7-C just like the rest of the cast and it'd be above Baseline plus he's got Martial Arts Expertise, Offensive Ice Manipulation and Air Manipulation on his own. So dunno if anything changes since I'm not familiar with Black Clover.
