I get bored of sitting in the office reading through paperwork so I turn on the news.

Pheonix is spewing out giant rats, France is a wasteland of blood and guts, the Mediteranean sea is turning red, the moon is damaged, Pluto is straight up gone.

Looks like Omni's other people are having fun.
 
"...OH. Sorry man."

I stare at the ocean. "If France was this ******, imagine other countrys? Also, there is the issue of that thing Omni said would come sundown."

I look on the special watch Omni gave us.

[What time is it?]
 
I suddenly remember that Omni was planning some horrible thing to happen to everyone at sundown. Damn it, I've got my meeting with the corrupt politicians and mob members in Vegas around that time!
 
After temporarilly fixing the problem of "the mediterranean becoming the red sea but with people instead of fish", i check the watch Omni gave us before going off in search of something to do

I've gone back to the Netherlands where the situation is mostly under control. I decide to broadcast to the world that the Netherlands now has a new leader and that I declare war on the rest of the world.

"In this time of chaos you will find that the greatest thread has only just arrived"
 
For a brief moment, one of the surveillance devices Whyr has hacked (the webcam of man-in-golden-suit) flashes back on, and reveals me sitting at my desk, then turns off again.
 
I noticed this and immediatly got the coordinates. I send a message to all radios, televisions and smartphones in Las Vegas.

"Mr. Reggy. I would like to work together with you. If you want to know more then just stop interfering with the technology around you"
 
[So here in the Black Forest I'm alone in the impact crater of your beam and the sand I summoned? And what are you doing? And what are they doing in France?]
 
[What I did isn't far above your messages and I think the others went to France because they wanted to fight. Idk the motivations of their PCs for doing so]

Sheer Dumb Luck causes every screen and speaker in Vegas except the laptop in front of me to suddenly turn off. A robotic looking helmet pops up on my screen and delievers a message.

The surveillance technology for computers Whyr is looking through starts working again and I reply.

"Oh I recognise you from Omni's void. I'm interested. Do tell more"

[The reason I stopped you sending the message to every screen in vegas is because I'm planning on doing this subtly, seeing as you just declared war on the planet or something, with me as the saviour-leader-with-good-publicity and you as the mysterious enemy to unite everyone, but really we're both working together in secret]

[Oh ok] I wake up in a huge hole in the ground, filled with sand. "I don't... like.. sand. It's coarse... and rough and irritating... and.. and it gets... everywhere." I say, still confused, beofore remembering that I summoned it. To my surprise, my cell phone is intact. The others seem to have vanished. I phone Whyr, asking for what just happened [Assume you tell me what just happened ok?]. Then I ask: "Where are you? still in that forest?" I ask, before running to the Netherlands.
 
[I'm at my secret base. Because my character had not yet shown you where it is, these creatures will do that]

The creatures gestured to follow them.
 
After traveling at high speeds for a few seconds you reach my base.

One of my drones is waiting there in front of the entrance.

"Welcome back! These creatures are my soldiers and they're called Rahkshi . Right now I'm trying to make a new ally so make yourself at home in while I'm doing that."

I suddenly appear from a bit of shadow in the corner of your office.

"What is it you would like to know?"

I startle slightly as the armoured robot looking fellow appears out of the corner of my office then regain my composure.

"Neat trick"

I stand up and walk over, putting out my hand to shake.

"Introductions first. My name is Reggy. What is your name?"
 
I start walking in circles. those people were helping my job by going in France, since they'd eventually de-active the Dungeon and return the contry to its normal state, or so I hoped. In the meantime, taking out Great Britain would seem like the most intelligent thing to do. I wait for Whyr while thinking of a sophisticated plan to do so.
 
He doesn't shake my hand. I put my hand down with a slight narrowing of the eyes.

"Your message was very interesting. You are 'the greatest threat' you say?"
 
"Whether I am or not does not matter. The goal of that message was to make all other countries my enemies."
