I create a small blade on my finger with the black substance and cut open my palm before poking the would with the arrow

I feel.......odd, like im a new person, i sit up straight and say "Well, the code names shouldnt be based on any easily recognizable traits."

I tell Ripo about the negotiation and how the group probably went to an alternate reality.

[it's power bestowal, he got a character that has an arrow that gives other powers. He's not pulling new powers out of nowhere]
