Monarch, you aren't getting spiral power because:

1. Kamina has garbage level spiral power, so Swathing can't just pull things like that.

2. Spiral user have never interacted with possibilities. Being able to manipulate the possible outcomes of events =/= beings able to literally touch probabilities

3. Spiral never turned a being to something that can generate spiral. Viral never gained the ability to create spiral, he was only ever able to manipulate and channel already existing one.

4. No spiral user has biological manipulation]
