That is incorrect. On the Tiering System page, it clearly says a does not need to have infinite dimensions to have 1-A characters. Quoted directly from it; "However, do note that it is possible for a character to qualify for this rating even if their verse does not have an infinitely-layered or equivalent cosmology, as long as it is either stated, shown or left very obvious that the character in question already bypasses the very nature of such structures altogether, in a way that simply "stacking" more of them logically would not allow one to reach their level of power / size."

Eh, it's arguable that TOAA is High 1-A (I myself believe this to be a bit of a better tier for TOAA). Maybe on this wiki, yes, but what the wiki says isn't definite.

Doesn't this depend entirely on whose Cosmology is bigger?

On one hand you have Eternity who is the living colective amalgamation of the local Marvel Multiverse. Could be anywhere between thousands to maybe sextillions of different universes in his entire infrastructure (given LT's statement of Marvel basically being a quantum multiverse where every moment decision a lifeform has creates an alternate reality where they make a different choice etc.)

Then you have Perpetua whose a sixth dimensional supergod that created her sons from the infinite void of the infinite sized Overmind.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to approach this because to be it just seems like two unquantifiably nigh-omnipotent characters butting heads.
