As of current, all cultivators from Quasi-3rd Step to 8-Essence level cultivators, are rated as "Multi-Galaxy, likely Universe level+" but I feel like the below statements are enough to warrant an upgrade to an outright Low 2-C.
Ecang's incomplete form is described as being able to shatter the entire universe with a thought. Said form is comparable to a Quasi-3rd Step cultivator.
A technique on the level of a flawed Master of Fate can warp the universe and affect its space and time.
An attack from a flawed Mastery Realm cultivator could replace space itself and done away with the laws of time, causing time itself to flow chaotically.

Su Ming was not conceited enough to think that he could fight against those old monsters. He knew that while his Ecang clone could fight against galaxies, that was because of Divine Source and because life forms like Ecang were very similar to the universe.
