Dream Manipulation should be added to the crystal guardians powers and abilities

In doctor who the celestial toymaker/crystal guardian has the power to manipulate dreams.

Anyway here's where i got that stuff. (though be warned. I remember i found in one of his answers, possibly this one, in the comments section said something about our wiki. and it wasn't good.

just wondering why the crystal guardian just doesn't have dream manipulation on his page. so i just felt after seeing this and the article. we should add this power to the page.
