Hamazura with the Dragon Rider vs Wisperwind

Those profiles existed since ages but were never really used. This makes a pretty good match, though.

The battle happens according to the SBA. Assume 9-B Wisperwind in Striking Strength and Durability.

I think the Dragon Rider has more Dura than what Wisper can cut, and her shockwaves are noted to leave her exhausted, Aneri probably has access to enough martial arts that Hamazura will not be outskilled here.

I'm going to say Hamazura with Dragon rider just edges this although it might in the end depend on who has the better stamina.

Her swords should, against a single enemy, be stronger than her shockwaves. They are assets to being much stronger than her in magic/Ki and some of the few things capable of even harming the Xian.
In any case I have my doubts about the assessment that they won't injure him at all.

Also worth to consider that this is in Central Park. I dare say she has a bit of an terrain advantage.
