Bardock does have more experience killing people and has been doing so far longer Goku's been alive. He is less skilled in "martial arts" but he is not getting stomped by any means.

Bardock also KNOWS how to fight as he is comparable to Vegeta in that regard, Saiyans do learn a form of combat.

I probably would give it to baardock cuz skill, but Goku does have more techniques and martial arts.
