Goku's regen is currently at mid Low but it should be upgraded to low Mid since he regenerated based on where Beerus stabbed him parts of his stomach and spleen.

There is also a regen feat in SSJ i want to upgrade for a long time, iirc it is where Goku trying to punch Beerus, his fist got heated to the point his skin go black, and then the skin regen, i forgot what part it is

Multiple characters who have low Mid like Naruto can't do that either , so I think it's just one criteria that has to be met apparently.

It supports Low Mid since he healed necrotic skin tissue which can be considered severe organ damage as well depending on how you define severe organ damage. ( Skin is an organ as well ) .

The feat also supports that he can do it mid combat and that he is healed constantly by his aura from damage unless it is overtaxed.

I'm a bit confused about the explanation of regeneration, is the burn here the same as this burn?

Mid-Low: The ability to heal wounds that would normally leave large scars, such as severe burns or deep injuries. For machines and vehicles, this would be regenerating damage that would normally leave large dents and openings.

Semantics. The page for Regeneration explicitly clarifies that "even severe organ damage or destruction, including traditionally fatal wounds and disembowelment or horizontal bisection". This would fall under "severe burns or deep injuries", which is Mid-Low and is consistent with previous demonstrations of the Saiyans' recuperative abilities.
