I can restrict the sling ring, can't I? It's a seperate tier so that's fine. I mainly just don't want him to just use the time stone for a easy GG. I think that's fine, probably?

yeah you can restrict the sling ring, then you can't restrict the Eye of Agamotto

Yeah change it to a character who can actually have a match added to their profiles if that is what you wish for.
