DQIV Heroes Tiers

For for a upcoming VS I'm going to use the DQIV Heroes, but they're not on the Wiki yet. What tier do you think they would be. And also before you ask, their defeat of Estark would not make them 2C since Estark was weakened massively at the time due to not being fully awake.
