does ZA WARUDO over heaven have self preservation for DIO like star platinum?

so during that assault angaist dio, not even GER, who has infinite speed, could blitz ZWOH and since stands are controlled by their user, wouldn't this grant HA DIO infinite reactions speed or grant ZWOH self preservation? also there is that whole it being the same stand as star platinum and stuff

for example: if HA DIO fought someone like goku without speed equal, wouldn't ZWOH protect dio automatically and then blitz and overwrite goku like he did with GER?

Ger has infinite speed however when giorno himself controls it it stops moving at infinite speed is whag he's saying i think

I am more so saying that he seems shows to have "infinite reactions" in the game, but not in the manga.

And the game doesn't even seem to portray Giorno having infinite speed.
