Does there need to be a time gem?

Why I ask this is because the reality gem is possibly the better deal due to how Reality Warping grants very OP abilities including time manipulation which in theory would make it superior to the time gem. I know that it is necessary for the gauntlet to have all six gems but the time gem seems like an accessory if you already have the reality gem. I mean, to say the least, if Strange had the Reality gem instead of the Time gem, he'd probably be like at High 1-C, and that me being generous. But leave a comment below.

The Reality Infinity Stone has never shown the ability to Manipulate Time so I think the Reality Infinity Stone Manipulates Reality but excludes the Powers the other Infinity Stones possess.
