Does Ikkaku's durability calc count for 1/5 his power or his full power?

But why? That is so they don't effect the living world adversely with their spirit pressure. Ikkaku's spirit pressure is easily above a lieutenants spirit pressure, so it would be illogical for him to not be under gentei reiin.

That's illogical, you need to listen to the context of WHY they're restrained.
And yes ikkaku should be stronger than a lieutenant. The profile even says that him fighting shikai ichigo who is average lieutenant level, and not just that but ikkaku trained renji who IS a lieutenant, and renji himself said that ikkaku is on the lieutenant level by saying that he is the only seated officer who is not a captain that can use bankai (which requires you to be a certain strength first), and renji wanted ikkaku to be a captain himself, but he refused.

Ichigo beat shikai Ikkaku rather easily despite ikkaku having already mastered bankai , but was left pretty much dead by shikai Renji , an actual Lieutenant. Meaning that even he was already strong enough to master bankai , Shikai ikkaku was much weaker than shikai renji.

Ikkaku is only a mid to high lieutenant level if he use Bankai ,without it ,he can barely count as a lieutenant . He certaily isn't captain level , he merely have bankai. The only reason renji asked him is because the court were desperate to fill the seats left by Aizen and co.

The gillians not being the same strength is a good point, I'd read the profiles but I'm no where near finished watching bleach so I can't, if you're leaving then fine I guess.

Imo, they WERE adjuchas , but reverted back to gillians once grimmjow ate a part of them and were saved from the loss of individuality by their arrancarisation by the Hogyoku .
