There are plenty of characters who are omnipresent that aren't tier 0 it's just within their own territory which in the first two's cases is everywhere and in the last one's case it's the whole universe

Dodging Omnipresence

Personally Omnipresence do not have to be related to strength. So in short, only way to get out from an omnipresent attack is getting out from its dominion ("dodge" Temporal Prence by getting out of time, "dodge" Nigh Omnipresence by getting out of space, escape from the mix by getting out of reality, like the dreams or nothingness).

How do you equalise speed when one character is listed as Omnipresent and another isn't? can you even equalise omnipresence?

No, you can't, Omnipresence its an state of being, not a magnitude that can be assimilated such speed.

Also by the definition of omnipresence, couldn't only one being have it? like if someone else in your domain was also omnipresent by definition neither of you are?

Omnipresence do not have the same requeriments of Omnipotence, so I think more than one being can have it. Also, our current page makes the definition short, only refer to spaces, not time, dreams, etc.

could immensurable speed be used to dodge a omnipresent attack? from what i understand, with it you can react from "temporal attacks" and time travel too. so you could just get out of the instant of where the attack came before it came.
