Since ZUN has approved a few Touhou "fan" games (the now defunted Touhou Cannonball, Touhou Lost Word and another), could characters from these games allowed be in VS Battles Wiki if characters have feats?

Im pretty sure we consider fangames going on FC/OC Battles (just like how we treat Mega Man fangames)
