Diamonds are only 2 Exatons in durability and the partially formed Cluster that Steven overpowered scales to him anyway so it isn't really relevant here, especially considering the fact that only its fully formed state is Tier 5. Dizzy is Multi-Continent level+ which starts at 14.5 Exatons.
