First, in the latest chapter, chapter 333, Lucius used a static Chrono in a large range, even Asta said "TIME STOPPED FOR EVERY ONE EXCEPT US...?!".
Asta says that time stops for everyone, so can this be a feat for the planetary range? Despite the fact that in the next panel Julius' static chrono is only as big as a building, so the core question is whether what Asta said is a hyperbole or this is indeed a planetary range feat for Lucius?
For the addition that Asta is not affected by Lucius' time stop, does Asta have a resistance to time stop, or does Asta just negate Lucius' time magic? Or is it Lucius who allows Asta to move within the time stop?
