Why are all Basic Pokemon stronger then 99% of all Rookie Digimon? It makes all Pokemon vs Digimon battles impossible. The same can be said for all Champion Digimon being stronger then all Stage 2 and Mega Pokemon.

Because Pokemon and Digimon are two completely different series', with different showings of power

Because, Rookie Digimon don't really have as high of feats as First Stage Pokemon.
Same for Champion Digimon. Well Fully Evolved Pokemon do have higher feats. But both have consistent high level Outlier feats. But yeah, Champion have better scaled feats.
And...well...they are different franchises.
