In a meter in think that Dexter might be able to kill him, Bateman doesn't seems to be that quick on the draw, and Dexter was able to pick up a pitchfork and stab a man pointing a gun at him, before the man could pull the trigger, So for me is Dexter 7/10

While I'm not 100% on this. I do believe Dexter could tank a bullet. Given his street level durability. He also seems to have a lot better skill with martial arts and the like. Along with his sleep manipulation. I'm siding with Dexter as of right now. But if anyone has arguments to have me vote Patrick. I'm fine with that
