Destroying a basketball backboard with bare hands

Since I don’t have much knowledge in physics, I wonder if it’s possible to calculate these feats:

  1. Kagami removed the bolts securing the basketball hoop with his bare hands. [ ]
  2. Aomine removed the bolts securing the basketball hoop with his bare hands and broke the wooden board. [ ]
  3. Murasakibara destroyed the basketball backboard. [ ]

1. Find the volume of one nail then times it with the amount of nails that hold the hoop, and finally times it by it’s frag or V frag value, which I think it is, although I don’t think it’s feasible, it should be street level

2. Calculate the volume of the wood that was broken, then times it with it’s frag or v frag value, if you were not able to do that, it should be street level.

3. This is similar to feat 1, You can try to find out the volume of one nail, then find out how much nails that hold the backboard, then finally times it by it’s frag or v frag value, which I think it is, although I don’t think it’s feasible, I’m pretty sure the energy for this is at least Street Level, as knocking down a door is already Street Level, which should be similar in power.

I understand that Amomine's success can be calculated using DV, but I don't understand if we can do the other two calculations using DV as well.

There’s not really much info about unscrewing/breaking nails that holds something, but I guess it’s something similar to breaking a door down, and should usually be street level, unless it’s pulverisation or Vaporisation
