Deoxys vs Super Skrull

Here's a tip for future battles: Try to place the character profile links in the post so we don't have to search them out ourselves.
Tier: Super Skrull is at least 5-A, possibly higher. Deoxys places 5-B, though has forms that raise some stats while lowering others (Attack Forme places him higher). I'll use his base forme in the next categories to keep it simple.
Abilities: Skrull can absorb endless heat energy, shift his body similar to the Fantastic Four's abilities and having their powers (strength, elasticity, forcefields, invisibility and fire). He also resists electricity, and has some hypnosis.
Deoxys has Self Sustinence 1 and 2 (doesn't require air or food/water), and can fight well in space. Deoxys also possesses BFR, Psychic abilities and resists them, Illusion, Invisibility, Precognition, Healing abilities and able to regenerate from its core, and others. Both characters can fly, though Deoxys can move through space.
So Skrull is more powerful than Deoxys, though Deoxys has more versatility. Deoxys can use psychic powers and BFR, which Skrull has no resistance (on his page) to. Both can become invisible, though Deoxys's precognition can likely detect most of Skrull's attacks with Skrull himself not having anything against that. As for the strength gap, Deoxys's forms may be able to close it a good amount.
In conclusion, my vote's on Deoxys for having better abilities that would outmatch Super Skrull. I'd be open to other arguments, though.
