Hers is comparable to Sona's that can spread out to multiple planets and dimensions.
Ermm no I dont think that is comparable in anyway to what Kayle's music does.
That should not matter they have Haki.
They dont know how her powers work either.
I am not sure how knowing whereabouts helps her in anyway.

#1 That's valid for the punch he landed in Luffy, but Zoro wasn't able to see the cut even tho he was already focusing in Apoo, and Luffy couldn't see the explosion, even tho both have precognition (which by your words from before would allow them to feel things before they happen).

I am like 90% sure the invun is her celestial power so technically it should be passive but yeah too much for the fight. I would just assume she can use it every few second for a couple seconds.

The fact is that they block the sound.
That shouldn't matter because he was focused on somebody else.
If someone sees a lady flying around playing on a musical instrument in the middle of a fight, it'd be logical to assume they work like that, since there's 2 devil fruits that use sound that work like that.
No, Zoro was not able to see the cut travel since he didn't know what the attack was, and no, he was focused on Luffy who was hurt.
She knows how sound based powers work now since she fought Brook.
Same issue, he learned what ability he had.
Luffy never fought a sound opponent, Big Mom has.

She does not know this is a sound based attack that is able to insta kill her, and did she even use Kenbu against Brook's attacks?
He wasn't, he was looking at Apoo in the last panel we see him before the cut (in the page before the cut).
They are able to hear and have a soul, i see no difference between that and a yordle.

Ok vs ryuko now, I think her sound ability is extremely annoying to deal with but I think kayle can tank through with invuln and she doesnt have precog unlike big mom so sword throwing spam attacks ftw.

She doesn't have precog she fought a person with one yeah though there was some confusion about how exactly. Yeah not sure if her also sound manip is enough for her to counter(yknow its weird that kayle doesnt have sound manip but I guess that kinda works with broadway force).

Okayso what is the opening scenario and can someonesummarize theway it plays out so i can write it?

She plays music, they die

Starts with everyone looking confused (Kayle probably in the sidelines some where) Senna is there for a brief moment before being BFRed back out of the battle before it starts, then Esdeath gets sniped.
Dorothy uses her BFR on everyone (meanwhile people like Erza escape the dimension), Issei's lewd ways gets him in trouble with most of the cast and he exits the battlefield as a roasted lump.
People figure out the problem with wanting to sleep mid-fight thus Dorothy gets teamed on in the dimension and dies.
Everyone gets dumped back in and Crona uses her blood making it chaotic as shit and Bambi doesnt help spamming the shit out of reishi bullets, Merlin gets taken out in the cluster **** and then Bambi erases practically everyone but her self, Ryuko and Big Mom.
Big Mom has clearly had enough of the young kids flying around and releases a burst of Haki accompanied with yelling and Ryuko does the same with some added yelling of course. Bambi is stuck in between two screamers and
Long ass 1v1 ensues with neither side getting an advantage (a lot of yelling between the opponents)
Then fight is stopped(shadows disembodied voice somehow cuts through all the yelling) and Kayle enters the battlefield before unleashing a literally world shaking yell into her mic (the yell to end all the yelling between the 3 of them) sending the other 2 to the shadow realm.
