I am pretty damn sure she is not or even if she is her bodies do not house her soul considering she literally got killed and transferred to a different body so as for whether she has a soul as a full cyborg I say no she doesnt.

Her body not being organic has nothing to do with having a soul or not, even her still having a human consciousness is enough for her to have a soul. If her body doesn't have her consciousness right here and now, she'd literally be slumped on the floor somewhere.

Probably wouldn’t work on Merlin, though i’m not entirely sure. No Demons have ever actually ripped her soul out and eaten it, not even Chandler and Cusack who are elite. Even fodder demons have shown the capability to take hundreds of souls at once iirc, though that might be specific to cutscenes from the game. Merlin has the weird immunity thing to Demon stuff which Soul Manipulation is a major part of.

And that doesn't mean she doesn't have a soul. That has to be proven not just assumed off the bat. At best that just means she has more bodies stored in the Kara base like Meta Cooler.

It implies more than enough that she does and if not it means her body does not house her soul then at the very least. If she has other bodies at Kara base that she can revive from as we know then her soul is likely at Kara base on in her current body.

Don't you need to fear death for the Soul Rip to work, Erza has been faced with death plenty of times before and has never been afraid of dying (Tower of heaven, Kyoka, and Irene are a few examples)

Having multiple bodies doesn't mean you suddenly don't have a soul dude, and what? That's a completely arbitrary place for her soul to be and you just said she doesn't have a soul contradicting yourself. It's literally impossible for her soul to not be at her current body and be functional, given that until proven otherwise, she was originally human from info we currently have. Turning into a cyborg doesn't just Thanos the soul.

Says who? And no it hasnt been confirmed that she was human, in fact the opposite is likely the case as we know in the latest chapter Amado created several cyborgs by unknown means all to be extremely powerful and she is one of them.
When you are literally a full cyborg that can upload your literal mind on a machine I really really doubt you can be considered to have a soul. At that point you are straight up a robot. This is literally stated in the Full section of the cyborgization page.

And that doesn't mean you don't have a soul. If means your body is nearly completely mechanical or fully mechanical. Nowhere does that say that full cyborgs lack souls.

Delta is not organic, which means she wouldn't be producing an aura or spiritual energy to sense. Her having no energy to sense signifies that she's inorganic, which means she can be turned into a homie.
Soul Pocus was shown in its initial onscreen portrayal to gravitate whatever its absorbing to the core (like Chibaku Tensei) and compress it, elaborated on by how the fire that is being "homiefied" all was being gravitated to the soul.
And regardless, even if somehow she'd escape it, Big Mom could just pressure her with homies.
Tidal Wave, a bunch of homies, dozens of thunderstorms and ground homies and such, it would be bad for her.

What something like her mind? The one that was uploaded on a robot? You do know that the mind is what is meant to allow bodies to move scientifically not the soul which is a metaphysical thing.
But it implied they are by stating that the a literally the same as robots.
So every person that has some resistance to sensing would be asusmed to be a robot (which we assume can be turned into a homie in the first place despit having full sentience unlike everything else she has turned into a homie) and then she would attempt to turn them into a homie...I really doubt that for some reason.
This is a free for all BM and Delta and everyone else are all fighting each other and attempting to dodge, block and use multiple abilities.

Full cyborgs are a thing which is why there is a section for them on the cyborgization page. Delta is also a full cyborg which is why she can die and have another body ready in base.

Even the tiniest fear is good enough.
I mean if I see someone's body transform and her eyes can absorb energy and shoot out lasers (like a Pacifista robot), I'd think they were robots, especially since her lasers resemble those, then I'd think they were a robot too.
Not including the fact that she starts off fights saying "I'm a robot".
If Linlin wants to she can give this treatment to anyone. Delta's just the least likely to survive it.
