Would it be possible to create a chart similar to the storm, earthquake, and explosion ones documenting the AP of decibel ranges. I figured this would be interesting since 300 decibels is around City level.
 
A Nuke can produce only a 240 decibels shockwave iirc. So... Yeah, If someone can generate louder shockwaves, its above nukes. (Town~City Level)

Also, from a certain SCP article that I don't remember at the moment, there was this tidy clock that would create a black hole larger than the observable universe with 1000> decibels...
 
Explosion's shockwaves are generally measured in pressure units, not in dB (sound units); apparently, a sound wave becomes a shockwave when it reach 194 dB, and anything below 120 dB doesn't cause injuries to any person by sound alone.
