Gil would also most likely dislike his moustache with great passion that he tries to end it immediately.
Seriously speaking though, Gil only lost to Shirou because the latter had an equalizer to go with Gil's ego jobbing him. Spartacus doesn't have.

Durability: At least City level+ , Mountain level with armor
Sportacus has no way of one shotting Gilgamesh and even if he lands a punch on Gil , he could just use his armor and be basically immune to anything Sportacus throws at him ?!
Gil doesnt even need GoB he could just punch him to death ...
