I'm currently working on a big Superman revision, though I might split it up due to sheer size.

Iirc there's a push to raise Post Crisis super much higher than he's currently rated. Into the Tier 2 range I believe.

Currently trying to work on some Pre-Crisis profiles of JL members, but atm mostly focusing on Flash and Green Lantern.

Hmm... Okay then:

Timothy Hunter I'll start off with. He was agreed to be upgraded a while ago to Tier 1... But no one really actually went through with it. He was also stated outright to be the most powerful magician in DC and Vertigo as of now (not just potential)... So that in and of itself should upgrade worthy.
