Dan takes this. He was able to royally thrash Danny in a fair 1-on-1 fight. The only reason he did as well as he did is 1 - Plot (Gotta love that plot) & 2 - He displayed his Ghostly Wail early which surprised Dan and gave him the slight advantage he needed) But in a head up 2-on-1 fight that advantage won't be so (Oh I don't know... there).

Either way, worst comes to worst - Dan takes them both down with superior physical abilities, experience, and intellect / best comes to best - Dan grabs the two of them and bangs their heads together like coconuts.
