Someone explain Hypertime to me. Is it essentially multiple time lines existing in a single universe? And if so, does that mean the 52 multiverse and dark multiverse share the same time lines relative to each other e.g. if earth 2 is destroyed in time line 1, then it stops existing for both multiverses in time line 1?

Also, is Cyborg now one of the most powerful technopaths in fiction since he tapped into his hidden power? Going into hypertime and hacking the multiverse sound pretty OP.

Hypertime is essentially planar time, of timelines constantly branching off, re-merging together again, retroactively changing themselves or each other, etcetera. It was invented for the purpose of making sure that all stories in DC Comics took place somewhere.

So if someone manages to destroy all time timelines in the Earth 3 Universe, would that make them multiversal even though it's just the earth 3 universe and its timelines?

Possibly yes, but it depends on how many timelines that we are talking about.
