Shoggoth has the AP advantage here, however Ace has the hax advantage with Morality, and Empathic manips. Hmmm. Are the Shoggoths she's fighting mindless, or have developed intelligence? If they are mindless I don't think Morality and Empathy would do anything.

Latest versions. It works on the Jikochuu, who are capable of speech, but quite single-minded.

Actually nevermind, found it myself and did the math. It's a 3x difference so not quite enough to one hit kill.
