Cuphead needs to get around Orisa's shield at an AP disadvantage while being pelted with projectiles and getting yanked around for free hits from Orisa. It isn't a stomp cause he can do it, it's just damn difficult. Orisa FRA I think

Cuphead could just activate invincibility to reduce the amount of damage or just use a heart charm.

Also Orisa has good info analysis and Precognition. She's kinda broken and can certainly factor in all of cupheads crap.

Issue is Orisa's orbs are a helluva lot more spammable then Cupheads defense, and he's got to constantly avoid the constant stream of bullets.

No, but she'll know pretty much everything else possible.
