• Cosmic Ghost Rider needs to be 10-A in base and 4-B when transformed as he traded blows with his past self before becoming the Punisher.
• Possibly "The most significant person in all of history", "the most important man in the univerese" and "the most powerful super hero in the planet" should go in his classifications
• Resistance to Memory Manipulation via slowly over the years regaining his memory after it was wiped by Oatu with the IG.

A 9-A base key scaling from the Punisher is fine.

Resistance to memory manipulation is fine.

Adding hyperbolic titles to his profile is not fine, especially as King Thor, Silver Surfer, and the Sentry are likely more powerful than he is, especially the first one.

Resistance to memory manipulation is probably not fine given that the story is purposely unreliable. Maybe as a possibly? Idk.
