Well, it's definitely Light Manipulation on a Universal scale, but it's hard to say if there's any specific AP value attached to that.

I think I remember seeing a calc but I don't fully remember.

I absolutely remember a calc, but it's not on his page. If there's a calc for it; which I know there is, it needs to be on the page so people know it's not BS. In case you haven't noticed, not a whole lot of people know how luminocity calcs work, so for all a visitor knows, we could be pulling 4-B out of our backsides.
